You are responsible for reading the following POLICY when booking your slot.

Turn around time is 14 Business Days! (2 weeks)

However, we do offer express services if needed sooner.

1. A $25 non-refundable/non-transferable fee is required to to secure your spot for any services via Zelle, cash app or cash only.

This deposit will go towards your service balance.

2. The slot that you book is the day you drop off your hair and pay your balance.

If you are out of state or the country, please the slot you book is the day your hair should arrive by.

3. Payment is due on the day of your appointment IN CASH OR ZELLE No exceptions)

4. Your appointment date is the day your unit construction begins.

6. If you do not cancel your appointment 48 hrs before your appointment date

you will be banned from making appointments in the future. Please be considerate.

8. Any changes to your order must be communicated on the day of your appointment.

10. No refunds or exchanges on any service!!

Any issues with sizing must be communicated within 2 days of receiving your unit.

Anything communicated after 2 days will not be honored.
